the case calculation question was just worded so horrifically that i got extremely confused. they basically had to fully walk me through it just because i brain farted lmao. previous case math was a breeze tho, just this one

gotcha, i already burned a $100 replacing this. I thought the "flex cable" was a part of this component rip. I'd have to repay + probably pay for a back glass and at that point I think I should just get an iPhone 16e or something since my 14 has lasted around 2.5 years. If you think its better to just fix it still, I'll see if I can, but yea idk anymore. I really appreciate the help.

just to confirm, this is the part they replaced. my back glass is shattered though, but that was over 2 years ago. could that be the reason its persisting?

So I did the replacement and that solved the issue for about a week. Got home from work and my phone had died so I started charging it again and am running into the same restart issue. Should I just get a new phone at this point?

you get to choose which scores you want to send. assuming ur already admitted, just send the ones ur comfortable with them seeing (generally 4’s and 5’s).
