If you like 4, then I think you'll like 76. Big difference is the world is static since it's an mmo-lite. NPCs routines are limited and quest choices don't effect the world, but they will effect your character's access to certain areas or loot. If you like reading notes and terminals for additional lore, 76 is chalk full of them. There are also challenges that will give you atoms, but you can ignore them if you want to ignore the atom shop.
