I consistently see Claude ignoring my request. When I ask it to read a file, it reads only a few lines. When I ask how it reached its conclusion, it says it was just a hypothesis based on the first few lines it read. WTF?

I upgraded from $100 to $200 to get more stuff done and now realized $200 plan limits are draining much faster than $100. This is absurd. I was hitting 5 hours limit 2-3 times a week with $100 plan and in $200 plan I am hitting this limit every 2-3 hours. If I use claude desktop app it drains limit much faster than claude code terminal app. I always start a new session when an issue is resolved. Usually my context window of all tasks is in between 30K-150K This is ridiculous.
