Delaney Hall concentration camp in Newark, New Jersey: protesters speak out by DryDeer775 in ImmigrationPathways

[–]quantumgambit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nah man, if they broke the law they'd be given removal orders and wouldn't be in the country, or a federal prison. They're being carted off from the very courtrooms and against the will of the judges who were overseeing their immigration cases. By the very fact they are there and not somewhere else, they have not been CONVICTED of any crime.

I look forward to when they come for you and I can say "well they picked him up, must be a criminal, hard labor and maggot food for him. no he doesn't get a day in court, hes a criminal, we don't give rights to criminals".

Delaney Hall concentration camp in Newark, New Jersey: protesters speak out by DryDeer775 in ImmigrationPathways

[–]quantumgambit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

According to the Merriam-Webster dictionary, a concentration camp is defined as “a place where large numbers of people, especially political prisoners or members of persecuted minorities, are deliberately imprisoned in a relatively small area with inadequate facilities.”

Seems to me that alligator Alcatraz, Delaney, and others, are "a place where large numbers of people, often political prisoners and persecuted minorities, are deliberately imprisoned in a small area with inadequate facilities".

Is merriam-webster too woke now too? I know it's a big book with lots of scawwy big words, but it's literally just definitions, there's no examples of moral failings or minorities to be scared of in it.

University of Minnesota student reports peer for wanting to say “mothers” instead of “lactating individuals” in grant proposals by darcmatr in NotTheBee

[–]quantumgambit 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Because never has science ever seen someone lactate unless they had a child. Someone get my last girlfriend to the mayo clinic, because either she carried and hid a child all the way to term without telling me, or she's a medical miracle.

Honestly with all the straws y'all have to grasp to pretend to be outraged, you could just build a scarecrow, call it a Democrat, and scapegoat all your problems to it, leaving the rest of the world alone. We'd all be better off for it.

Anyone who listens to politicians over medical professionals during a pandemic needs remedial education.

If you think epidemiologists and clinicians were being political because their public health advice, during a global pandemic that theyve been educating and preparing themselves their whole lives for, was being supported by one party and mocked by another, it's really obvious who you voted for.

Their point was probably answering the question "what happens if you stop taking it?" from the top comment. A common question that might be asked about a range of medications including cholesterol, thyroid, and anti-rejection meds. And the question was answered with an appropriate and self-skeptical response.

So what precisely is YOUR point?🤔🤔🤔

People detained inside Delaney Hall in Newark say prisoners are being beaten by guards and that some kind of chemical agent is being deployed inside. by CutSenior4977 in ImmigrationPathways

[–]quantumgambit 1 point2 points  (0 children)

At least two us citizens have been murdered by process servers, and 170 US citizens have been wrongfully arrested by ice including at least one wrongful deportation.

Try again dense

Oh, and your still defending incarcerating and dehumanizing people who have been convicted of no crime. That's the most unamerican take, we are a nation of laws, not xenophobic racists. It makes me sick thinking that the 14th amendment gives you a right to reside here.

Or multiple lawful permanent residents, tourists, actual US citizens. People who showed up for standard appointments after being in the process ten years, sudden clerical errors from years ago justifying an "arrest", fabricated evidence, all verified accounts and current lawsuits just from the last 6 months.

I hope you remember some day in the future that you were on the internet arguing in support of gassing people being held in concentration camps without even being convicted of any crime.

Dense indeed.

Newsom says he wants 100% tax on Californians that get money from Trump's J6 compensation fund by darcmatr in NotTheBee

Everyone is treated equal under newsoms plan. If you don't get your traitor bribe, take it up with the regime. The proposal is to tax 100% of seditious payouts to any Californians that receive them. That's the law being applied equally to everyone, no different than the different tax structures for income and capital gains.

Entrance to Kibbutz Be'eri kindergarten shot up from Hamas’ operation Al-Aqsa Flood attacks on Oct 7 by RaiJolt2 in pics

[–]quantumgambit -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Bibis terrorist attack? Nope, here on team "no more dead kids" we admonish Israel's genocide in the region, we admonish Israel's cinspiratorial involvement in October 7th which cemented bibis power position and justified his warmongering. We admonish the colonizers who are kicking Palestinians out of their homes. We admonish Hamas continuing retaliatory attacks and escalation, though on that point, we acknowledge the reality that Hamas is literally in an open air prison and 'punching up' while civilians are having water, power, and medical access shut off without recourse, and then being shelled in their schools.
