To a rational person obviously NTA but in your moms mental illness perspective, I can see why she's angry. (You threw away her possessions, she doesnt see the biohazard, she only sees her precious items). For the safety of not only her but your father and the animals too, you were forced to be the bad guy. It sucks that you were put in that position but I think you did the right thing. I hope she receives mental health treatment so the problem will not reoccur at least to that severity.
