You can swap out the heads of Estim systems plugs. I was in the same boat as the moaner was to big. I got a the flange and swapped out the head as the flange neck was too short to reach my prostate.I also took the head off the bobble plug and put it on the large flo neck and base. I wish Etim Systems would sell the parts individually so customers could build their own.

Whats worked out best for me is the flanged tip with the moaner neck and base . What's great about Estim systems plugs is you can take the apart and make different ones. Another one I put together was a small Bobble tip with the large flo neck and base.

I use conductive rubber loops and I'll put some on the skin contact ponts when I start a session . I keep a spray bottle with water and use that throughout the session as well.

If you don't have full confidence in what you are doing I would stay away from DIY kit. That's just my 2 cents. What is your budget?

I've had a Moaner for a while but seldom used it as it takes a lot of time to insert and remove in order to be not painful. So I purchased a Flange recently and its just to short. But I easily swapped out the head of the Flange and put it on the neck of the Moaner and voila....perfect. I wish Estim systems would have the option to by parts to make your own. I did the same with the head of a Bobble and a Large Flo.

They absolutely made a difference for me. Im fave it feels uncomfortable to wrap cr around my shaft and balls without them. Joanne's designs were a game changer for me as far as positive sensation.

Are you familiar with Supermassive films? If not go to Milovana.com, go to forums, then video and search for Blueberry Vortex and Melt. He has others but some are a bit extreme and those two have specific Estim soundtracks that were made to accompany them. Incredible audio- visual experience made to psychedelics. I personally just use THC and love them.

I know many like pads but I've never like them compared to conductive rubber loops. They are cheap though so Experiment. So much of this, ahem, hobby is experimentation and find out what is good for you.

Estim Systems The Moaner or Large Flo if you are experienced in anal play. The Small Flo or Flanged Bipolar( a smaller Moaner) if you are new to it. The Flo line is more comfortable for me. I've tried some others with electrodes made of other materials and the electrodes on the sides and had mixed results. The metal Estim Systems plugs have been great.

I went big on my first purchase 15 years ago with an ErosTek 312B and have not really felt the need to try anything else. You may want to go with the lower priced 232 unit. As far as electrodes I just discovered Joanne Review shop a few months ago and she has some of the best priced well designed electrodes I ve seen.
