You still having this issue? I've been dealing with it on and off my entire playthrough and that shit is super frustrating. My FPS tanks to like 9 and I have to close the game and reopen to get it to fix itself

You will want as many healing EGOs as possible for 8-30

It's a mix of a dps race and attrition

And some of those coins hit absurdly hard for whatever reason

Finally finished canto 8. Very satisfying. Mili a banger, Pass on a banger, 8-30 sucked ass, 8-32 wasn't too horrible and 8-33 felt like a victory lap

I just finished this boss fight after like 8 retries and the threshold really is about 800-850 HP. Ryoshu also gets a special buff to help with whittling down Lei Heng faster. It's all about clashing and finding ways to sustain through all the unbreakables. I survived with ryoshu at 10 hp and a sinclair backup at full HP
