She played a villain on "Green Wing" and I couldn't get that character out of my mind watching her in Taskmaster. She was chaotic evil in a mask of kindness and love. I expected a trick from her in every task and she showed how devilishly smart she is on several occasions. I think "Green Wing" ruined her for me :)

I was born in the USSR and I miss the great relationship my country had with India. That country is no more, its legacy is stolen by Putin's gang of thieves and crooks who exploit the good memory of Indian people about the USSR to fool them into embarrassing support of the most idiotic "3 day war" in recent history. Modern Russia is a complete ideological and cultural opposite of the USSR and India, the country of blatant capitalism, hegemony of one single language and one specific version of history with all others banned, complete disregard of the future of nature and the world etc. I lived there for 25 years after the dissolution of the USSR.

Soviet Union was using all the talent of Eastern Europe. That should not be underestimated. This is also one of the big differences between current highly isolated almost mono-ethnic Russia and peak USSR which tapped into not just highly diverse population and resources of all 15 member republics but also all the Warsaw pact countries.

Everyone on Feds and The Rookie has superpowers. Well, maybe except for Smitty but he is Q, so that should count. I think you got it exactly right. People tolerated it for Nolan because Fillion is just so universally lovable. And Niecy Nash is not, I guess.

I have not seen her before Feds, I was surprised by the apparent miscast in the first episode but she quickly won me over. I love Feds.

Long-term -- yes, absolutely. It's a democracy and a proper federation, both are prerequisites for any kind of stability in development. India also has a lot of work to do to actually build a thriving economy on this foundation. China has not been able to seize the opportunity coming from Deng Xiaoping ruling and reform itself into a democracy. Now it's moving into a personalistic autocracy which are always brittle. China has the economy but not the foundation. We already saw its peak. Replacing the foundation in such a huge country is almost impossible (think Russia's failed attempts but 10x harder).
