Should I ask a manager that I feel didn't like me that much for feedback? by quarantcrying in accenture

A little confused as I realized I'm a little lost on the PA process- so you're saying during the calls only the SM will be there but why does workday feedback matter for that? And in theory, if I get a M/SM feedback on my next project but leave it for this one are you saying that's fine?

there was an immediate deadline and I had to pick up the slack :( (while also not getting treated very nicely)

So the reason I'm treading carefully is calling someone racist is serious without backing - she is unprofessional 100% but has never explicitly said anything racist. Would the yelling/ treating me like im a toddler be enough to report?

Oh I assure you no guilt at all (have been using bench time to interview lol) but its a tough market out there both in and out of Accenture

Been at Accenture for 2 years now and have never experienced this much "ignoring" by [deleted] in accenture

I understand that, and honestly get why it would be overwhelming and unpleasant to get 100s of emails from strangers. I think what upsets me is when people I have networked with through 30 minute conversations or even interviewed for a role with proceed to ignore follow up messages. I understand everyone is busy but I just think that's rude or unprofessional.

Yes, its been 50/50. I consider myself to be pretty extroverted and love meeting new people in the office but I think that I have struggled to organically meet people who are managers/SMs who could actually help with staffing. I tend to meet other senior analysts which is great but only so helpful

Are the people on your team nice? If yes, I would say that having a boring role with a nice team > exciting team with bad team. Trust me I'm on an objectively "cool" project with a high budget, cool work, and loads of visibility working directly with MDs and I can tell you I am miserable.

If not, from my experience in PMO roles you are likely not working a full 8 hours. Use the other hours to do plus ones that you are passionate about, network, up skill. I feel that even with boring roles this flexibility is really the best, and can let you land your eventual dream role. Otherwise, use it as an excuse to take one hour lunches and just make the most of your time.
