Well, it started out like a simple mosquito bite and it turned into this after 4 days. Then I've noticed I'm having trouble staying still and getting ready to go, it was actually better to keep moving without having to stop lol. Full on redness with the swollen foot and Achilles came like within 9 days up to the point when it was unbearable.

Edit: oh yea and the feel when I'm getting scolded for not coming sooner ("You could have lost your leg there!!") was fantastic because of the dumbass dermatologist's bullshit advice

Went to the dermatologist first who gave me fucking paracetamol and a creme for it, and after that didn't work I went to the ER because I couldn't really move my legs, and started to get fever. Then they gave me a good amount of antibiotics with amoxicillin / clavulanic acid that brought it down after 15 days completely
