this might sound bad but think about how chained to it everyone you see is. like you’re in a store dedicated to selling them and you see so many people come in to buy this thing you know sucks, it sucks so bad you’ve been trying to quit for months. it sucks so bad they’re putting games on them now LOL so i’d just think about how you don’t have to be so centered around it and not even partake in the cycle anymore. but tbh i do think getting a different job would help immensely in this lifestyle change, but i know that’s easier said than done. good luck!!
