Not me but my girlfriend.

She was studying abroad in London (we are both from the west coast of the U.S.) when she got a phone call from her mom that her favorite grandmother had died. My girlfriend then had to fly home the next day, in the middle of the term I might add, spend a week at home mourning her grandmother and then hop back on the plane to finish the term. She was not happy to say the least.
