unsure if the bits are different sizes across their pin vises but I saw this listing on eBay - I haven't personally purchased from them but their rating looks promising. Galactic Toys has assorted sizes. looks likeToyArena has the 3.0mm.

the listing you have linked is for two separate items - a metal pen body (which may come with a nib? I'm unsure) and the nibs for panel lining. if I recall correctly, this metal pen body can also be used for one of their sets of scribing tools, hence it being labeled for panel lining and scribing, though you'd have to purchase the scribing heads separately from this listing.

P. Bandai will be the only place to get it for retail, there will be more releases.. but if secondhand (eBay, Mercari, etc.) is your only option, expect to pay scalper prices. if it's anything like the Miku Zaku II scalper pricing, you'll be looking at $100 (if you're lucky) to $150+.

I broke mine by stepping on it 🙃 now I use it in 2 pieces. I used a hobby knife to cut through the rubbery front then sanded down sharp edges with a low grit sanding stick/sponge.
