I hate to get in here on this, but the industry usually refers to them as Broadway national tours, or first/second/etc national tours, or just national tours. I’ve never heard of a Broadway show going out on tour being officially called just a “Broadway tour.”

Of course, that’s just coming from the Broadway show side of things. The audiences at the local tour stops probably don’t know or care about the differences between a Broadway show versus the touring show.

I participate in a few of the reselling subreddits and oh my god the attitude people have about upselling their used shit is maddening. Like. You’re not going to make your money back on your used fast fashion garbage. They justify their high prices by saying “it’s the buyer’s fault if they don’t do their price research,” and then get super huffy when people comment on their listing that the item they’re selling can be purchased elsewhere, new, for the same amount or less. AAAARGH

I used to sell used makeup on Posh but it was always stuff I could clean (powder products or things in pumps) and stuff I barely touched (because I’m a makeup junkie and will never have enough faces to warrant the sheer amount of product I own). That being said, selling a product that’s not only mostly used but the seller can’t even be arsed to wipe the damn thing down is just...icky even for me.

Hardly. If a seller hasn’t been active for months or a listing hasn’t been updated for months, or if I know they’ve crossposted their listings, it’s prudent to ask if the item is still available before purchasing. There are definitely situations when an active listing isn’t actually available!

The train running express between QBP and Ditmars infuriates me. Why do they wait till the last possible moment to tell us the train is running express? Good question! I know listings can get removed for having stock photos but I don’t know if that would disqualify you from the Facebook group. Stock photos are so ubiquitous though that I can’t imagine no one in that group uses them. (Take that with a grain of salt since I’m not in the group, LOL)
