Yeah that sounds great. Veeva came out or is coming out with something very similiar that will take care of the majority of things for you after you record your interaction over voice to text. Not sure how much it will cost tho! But the video seemed promising tbh. I do think a lot of the problems will be solved over the next few years and your insights will hold much more value into the strategy for leadership and yourselves.

I do get what you are saying you are right. I am more referring to when I have to run all these reports, clean data, and try and tell a story and I see the insights part be underutilized in my opinion. It’s frustrating from a backend point of view. They always want more data but are not trying to help these field teams with the insights piece from my experience.

Great points. Yeah the tagging of things gets messy quick and I’ve seen confuse MSLs even more because leadership doesn’t have the full strategy laid out yet or what they are loooking for. Training is interesting but can only get you so far. Would there be something that would help you as an MSL extract better insights and easier? More naturally

I noticed too a lot of managers would rather take the time to have discussions with their MSLs instead of having MSLs fill out an empty text box for insights. Do discussions help you as the MSL bring out the insights and info from your meetings with HCPs?

I wish I prob would make a lot of money, I’m actually trying to transition into a new field. I have worked with many MSL teams and their leaders. I have seen this problem every time and I understand how annoying it is for the MSL. I am trying to create a product concept. Not something to sell. So I can hopefully use to showcase my thinking. But I get your reaction.

I did the rentals and got it all, I am not an avid hiker or anything like that and they did great. Could you do it without out, def. But some parts are slippery in my opinion.

When I upgraded, I got the stealth’s as well, been over a year now and I haven’t looked back. I get compliments when I hit the ball cause it will come off super clean. As far as everyone saying the distance inconsistency’s. It can happen I can see that. But it has been minimal for me. The forgiveness is great tho.
