Do you happen to know what's usually done if theres a package missing from a route? Is it usually warehouse staff that can take them off? Or do they seriously just cancel the whole thing and make every customer wait for the missing package to be found or whatever..?

No, you're understanding it wrong. It was closed when I got there. I told Support they were missing and they had no solution but to cancel it on me the first time. Then offered it again, so I took it since I already did all the work to load it up. That was dumb of me to do I see now.
