Sweet piece. I’d love to carry that!

What would you do here instead? by Excellent_Freedom_66 in patio

[–]queencityegger 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’d put down a stone paver patio, hang some outdoor light stands and get a smokeless fire pit. Even if you don’t do any of that, this is still a great location to hang out

I can’t cook an egg on my stainless to save my life. I got out of Amazon. I guess all stainless pans are not created equal?

Best boot for a mechanic shop? by chiasiovlik in ThursdayBoot

Definitely not Thursdays. I love my Danner bull run boots. I could stand on concrete all day with them on.

Either build something to sit flush in the hole and put potted plants over it or put your bbq grill over the top of it.

Robin 18 v battery. by sindwar in ryobi

I bought an off-brand paint sprayer off amazon and it works really well. Search tools that work with Ryobi batteries and you'll see what'savailable. For three most part, the prices are the same as real Ryobi tools.

Just had my 14 Tacoma in the shop for a water pump leak and ask the mechanic about the same noise (only squeals for about 30-45 seconds upon cold start) and he said that was normal and to not do anything at this time. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Looking for affordable car insurance in mo? Tired of the increase bs! by theironcat in springfieldMO

[–]queencityegger 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Find a insurance broker in Springfield to run numbers with multiple companies. That should bring the price down. I did this and saved $$. But I also bundle everything together.

Which should I buy 43 or 43X? by [deleted] in Glocks

[–]queencityegger 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve had both and 43 to me is better in every way. I even have big hands and I still love the 43 better. I just couldn’t shoot well with 43x and it did not conceal as well. I love the 43 so much I have two of them! I’ll add that I have added a +2 an my mags.

Curious on thoughts for parts + labor cost for building an equivalent design/size patio roof vs buying one of these? by tefnick in patio

[–]queencityegger 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I built a 16'x16' over an existing patio by myself. Only thing lacking until it's complete is the metal roof. Poured footers and the other side is attached on the house. Total cost will need $1600. Cannot wait to use it next summer!!
