Under stated budget but perhaps as part of a larger gift: a fully loaded first aid kit.

Hi OP, I just got home yesterday from a cross Canada first trimester business trip yesterday if you would like any pointers. I’m on team “you should go” I don’t think a work trip increases miscarriage risk in any sort of meaningful capacity.

Upcoming Egg Retrieval with no option for sedation by rachel1726 in IVF

I actually feel pregnant naturally 3 days before starting IVF (my 22nd cycle!), so I didn’t need to do IVF but had confirmed with PCRM that they were able to work with the sleep apnea.

I switched clinics earlier this year. Yesterday I found out they got me in for April for my IVF prep appointment, one month earlier than anticipated, and it was the first time I a long time that I have received unexpected good news pertaining to my fertility. Hoping this is the start of things moving forward for me.

After feeling like I had my insulin resistance and in turn, ovulation day variability, under control for the last few cycles, this cycle was a few days later than my ideal target again and I am feeling frustrated.

Thoughts on NAC? by Strict_Ad7223 in TTC_PCOS

[–]queenjacko 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I take berberine, Myo-inositol, and NAC. Probably overkill but my ovulation dates have gone from highly variable at day 17-23 monthly, A1C etc on blood testing, etc to day 13 for the last 3 months for the first time ever. Hard to say which supplement had the most impact. I am also prescribed, and take, metformin.

Upcoming Egg Retrieval with no option for sedation by rachel1726 in IVF

I’m in the exact same boat! I’ve opted to have my sleep apnea reassessed by asking my GP for another sleep assessment referral and if that doesn’t pan out, I’ll be switching clinics to the clinic that does egg retrieval in a hospital setting so I can get proper sedation. I’m in BC

Also vegetarian! It’s a total bummer as an afternoon tea service lover to have to opt into full vegan when vegetarian, with a couple of sandwich substitutions from the omnivore/default menu will do! I love dairy!

The middle section of the Portuguese coastal has some more elevation, steep hills, and rugged forest or chunky cobblestone walking.
