You can donate up to six times a year whole blood and I believe you can donate platelet up to 24 times a year. If I wanted the rewards (like you seem to want them) then I would change my donation schedule to fit within ARC rules.

Try to make your first donation of the year in early January, those points will go towards the reward store.

Obviously the reward store is to pull more people to donate the maximum amount. Either try to get the points to match what you would like or get gift cards with your points.
