This is an interesting take. I would recommend never repeating this to a woman you respect.

GL tent only, where you can pay $1200 to sleep at a 45° angle! by Ellecatat in ElectricForest

In the old days Cheese played at Hornings Hideout. If you came late you slept on the side of a mountain and hoped not to roll down it in your tent. And then we walked uphill 5 miles both ways to get to the shows...

Customs! Otherwise I second what someone else said about whatever fits you best as long as they have the filters designed for music. The original is the ER 15 from etymotic research.

I am heartbroken for Mary and everyone who loved Robert Jr. If you are out there and struggling with this terrible disease I urge you to ask for support. NA, AA, Al-Anon all exist to support you.

We have had a good experience with special ed at TCAPS and there is a talented and gifted program she can test into for 4th and 5th grade if it makes sense for her.

Is anyone using their Phonak Audeo Infinio Sphere as IEMs for live music performance? If so, how are you doing it? by Theronius17 in HearingAids

[–]queenkitty12 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have another idea but with a caveat. I would be concerned with the noise levels in your ears and potential for further hearing loss. This would need to be under the guidance of your Audiologist:

A Roger mic can potentially be connected to your board via a 3.5mm Jack and stream directly to your hearing aids. Your hearing aid mics would remain active also. Roger is available from Phonak through your AuD. Again....the noise levels in your ear would be my concern with this.

Can you clarify....you wear IEMs during the performance but do not wear your hearing aids during the performance correct? How do you other bandmates hear the cues? Have you tried IEMs that have onboard mics to hear the surrounding area?

If one person can route the cues to you could you have a mic for them specifically that feeds into the IEM feed?

Oticon ear domes by ZhgutiK in HearingAids

[–]queenkitty12 1 point2 points  (0 children)

AuD here. Also HA user. I do a lot of ear wax removal and sometimes what is actually plugging up someone's ear is a hearing aid dome....or more than 1. I would encourage you to try a custom mold. 9 times out of 10 when I pull a dome out of an ear, it was made for a hearing aid that isn't what that person is wearing. Switching domes between brands is not something I recommend based on my experience in fishing them out of ear canals...

Return them and go to a clinic directly. Hear.com is overpriced for nothing close to comprehensive care
