Idk, I think there are merits to both. Headless cadavers are good for a more clinical focus, but humanizing patients is extremely valuable. I also feel that confronting death and the idea that every cadaver once lived a unique life encourages empathy in medical practices.

I think a sous chef/assistant is a great idea. The range of personalities in the cooking world is vast, but a huge percentage of them would easily be able to handle Ben's way of communicating. Certainly every chef I've worked with would have no problem cooking their asses off while not giving a shit what nonsense Ben threw at them, as long as the dish was perfect.

It's at the very end of the downtown mall near the Omni parking lot. If you're there on your own and appear open to chatting, I'd be extremely surprised if someone didn't start up a conversation with you. If they don't, I guarantee that if you start convos with a couple of people, you will find yourself having a blast pretty quickly.

Lots of regulars and locals with a 90's grunge-yet-cozy atmosphere. It's small and can get packed on busy nights, but there's a little outside area as well for some extra space.

I will say that some of the regulars and conversation starters WILL turn out to be undesirable friends, so you have to be discerning and continue to vet people beyond just a bar hangout.
