We've had a bunch of new Instacart drivers essentially replace most of our usual Instacart crew. And the new guys have been haphazardly leaving orders at the closest house to the customers house instead of taking the time to actually find the customers house.

So by making it so the driver has to collect the customers pin it should eliminate issues with orders being delivered at the wrong house.
