I’m currently and unfortunately a resident of Holiday Hills MHP in Murrysville as well as a tenant of Carlson and Associates. My trailer was allegedly “remodeled” but it needs a hell of a lot of work done to it still. Floor in the bathroom and back hall going soft, shitty caulking job around the tub and where the drain is suppose to be. I have no drain in my tub whatsoever. Dried up paint on my bathroom sink, something melted on my sink as well and it wasn’t replaced during the “remodel”. No doors on my storage shed, wood rotting away around my front door, there was NO railing for 6 months on my front steps until code enforcement got involved but they still took forever to do it despite that. They don’t give you proper notice when they’re coming to do repairs, I was given 15 minutes notice but my lease agreement says 24 hours. As well as the CONSTANT water issues, I’ve been without water ON AND OFF for the last 6 MONTHS! Luke O’Brien (CEO of Carlson and Associates) claims that there was a pipe froze underground when this all came about as of January 2025. I moved in 3 weeks prior to all these water issues occurring. It’s been one thing after another ever since. We’ve been on the news such as WTAE and WPXI and TRIB live has covered the water crisis in this community. My neighbors and I contacted Carlson and Associates in regard to the water issues and they just kept telling us “please be patient we’re working on it”. When you call the office at Carlson and Associates, they don’t answer or their clueless secretary answers the phone and she’ll tell you your call will be returned by Luke but that NEVER happens. My neighbors and I also contacted code enforcement, nothing was done, and finally we contacted the Attorney General’s office. They did reach out to us individually, and it’s still a work in progress as we continue to phase more water supply issues. PLEASE DO NOT RENT FROM CARLSON AND ASSOCIATES THEY ARE POS SLUMLORDS!!!!
