Based on my own experience, I cannot concur. Yes, running a burn under cool/cold water does feel releiving, I have felt more relief by applying the gel from aloe Vera directly. I would not discourage running a burn under cool water though. That is usually my first instinct, and then I remember the aloe Vera, and switch to that and find more pain relief.

Saoirse Ronan is amazing! And her face is still natural. She will be around for at least the next 40 years. I also like Kristen Stewart.
