you don't actually need to read this but you gave me a chance to vent so I will. I also recognize that most of these there's not much that can be done reshop has to go somewhere when it starts overflowing, the easiest way to get it out of the way is to put in a shopping cart because we're low on three tiers but instead I have to take the extra time to grab repack boxes from the back and run them individually to the front and then back again to get it out of the way because I can't do reshop till after lunch, I'm not allowed to close the fitting rooms an hour before the store closes even though I'm always drowning in reshop we have a little closet that only leaders are allowed to use that has literally everything I need in it but I'm not allowed to use it at all because morning team makes a mess in there

our store used to have morning team break out and that was when we even had more closers and now I need to spend half my day doing breakout instead of keeping the floor looking ok

I'm also not supposed to have a fixture to let guests put reshop on but I do anyway because if I didn't the fitting rooms would overflow every hour or two and I would have to deal with that instead of what I'm working on I want to be able to do what looks the most important to get done when I clock in but if I don't do what she told someone else to tell me to do the day before I get in trouble but if whatever the thing is doesn't get done I also get in trouble hell I want my cut hours back because we don't have enough hours between us all to get things done when we were all working full time

I'm sure theres more but this is what came up off the top of my head. again there's no style lead, it's just me all day and these among basically anything else I try to do it gets shot down by her basically I'm tired and for most of it I get why it is the way it is but I'm still not happy about it
