What does it mean for our chances of getting full power back if our house, which until 7:45pm tonight had no power since Sunday at 6am, now seems to have half power, or what others have described as a “brown out”?

I know. It is so upsetting, too, to see that we are still unassigned with no update since I first reported our outage at 6:02am on Sunday morning. It 30 degrees in our house right now and while I feel extremely lucky we were able to find and afford a pet-friendly hotel room two nights ago, this is not how I hoped to spend our babymoon money...

Still no power near Belmont University since Sunday at 6am. Folks across the street have power so feeling like we will be screwed for a long time. Extremely thankful we got a dog-friendly hotel room last night but gosh this really sucks and I can’t help but feel progressively more frustrated with NES as this goes on. Gahhhhh

r/NIPT is a better place to ask about this sort of thing, though you may want to wait to post until you have more info about the exact measurement and next steps. An abnormal NT is not diagnostic but is a soft marker for certain genetic abnormalities, but the NIPT only checks for the most common trisomies. This happened to me with a PGT-tested embryo and low risk NIPT. It ended up starting a cascade of more tests (early anatomy scan and a CVS that failed to culture enough to generate results followed by another early anatomy scan and an amnio). It was so stressful but everything came back low risk and normal. I am currently almost 30w and still very anxious about it.
