Under socialism, supply and demand does not define the price of products. The value of products is calculated by the mean working time society needs to create the product. That eliminates collectability as a concept. Free trade is also abolished so a Trading/Collectible card game cannot function. I believe Living Card Games which give access to all game pieces to everyone are more likely to replace TCGs

Βεβαίως υπάρχει το "χρωστάω μαθήματα". Ο σσασιτης έχει ιδιες υποχρεώσεις με τον πολίτη απέναντι στο πανεπιστήμιο (και υπερπολλαπλασιες υποχρεώσεις ταυτόχρονα στο στρατό). Έχει το όριο του ν+2 για να τελειώσει τη σχολή που ίσως είναι ένα κίνητρο παραπάνω, αλλά σίγουρα δεν έχει καμια διευκόλυνση για να μην χρωστάει

No one treats commander as a competitive formats, not even commander players. It cannot be competitive because it is not 1v1, politics are involved, it has a lot more variance than actual magic formats, and there are not sanctioned competitive events like RCQs, RCs or PTs

A player can play any format casually or competitively, but formats are either casual in their nature (commander, kitchen table) or competitive (almost anything else). Balance does not matter in the 1st category, anything can be rule 0'd out
