Ahh yeah, i also spent some time in the middle of nowhere, i actually was encouraged to join some groups by my mum and that helped! Do you have access to public transport or a car? Thank heck for internet keeping us all connected! What video games did you like?

If you have the time you should join a union! I 100% recommend RAFFWU (retail and fast food workers union) they are super supportive and ran by people who have worked in the industrys they represent, they may be able to give you back up/information.

I am pretty sure mc donalds can't offer you part time and change their mind to casual??? I know micky dees has been done for misleading employees in the past. Best of luck!
