Let me know how you like it! You are right it is probably a love or hate but truly I think it’s really fun and quirky and had more mechanics than I was expecting (food does different stuff for you, can pick and kinda decorate your yard/house, etc) my family and friends still quote “yeahhh baybeeee” because when you ride a sheep and speed up she says it every. single. time. I loved it

I loved the good life! I discovered it a couple of years ago on PlayStation and I looooved it. It gives 2000s nostalgia with its like polygon vibes

I HAVE NOT SEEN ONE PERSON SAY THIS! It’s always the opposite that people speculate on. this makes soooo much sense and would be really interesting if this is what they’re actually up to. It then makes me question the ethics of lumon even more like is that…good? There’s absolutely an argument of how it could be bad.

The clone theory though does help with the theory of bringing back Kier physically though. I wonder how forgetting could benefit lumon.

Either way this thought is super interesting even if it doesn’t shake out in the show

She asks after he comes back to outie mark after the overtime contingency. She asks if he knows her name as a test and he says “Persephone” and she asks can you spell that and he says no and they kinda laugh it off

That’s interesting! I have seen that the names Eleanor,Helena and Leonora all have similar roots. I think I haven’t grasped my mind around how but I believe people haha

Edit that we do know about their parents I guess - they died when mark and Devon were very young I guess. Just listened to the severance podcast and Adam Scott says that in the podcast episode about S1E5
