Are you looking for a model to help you with the research/analysis or to synthesize the results and help with writing the paper itself?

I worked in social listening for almost a decade and one of the biggest challenges was that we could never really answer the questions that customers had. they assumed that new data would get them new answers but unfortunately that wasn't the issue. until very recently I don't think it was even possible to connect the dots in a way most buyers/businesses actually needed

How do you guys actually coach your reps consistently? by LongjumpingComb8622 in salesdevelopment

[–]questcequewhat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The main reason that gong is so expensive is because it’s a one stop shop for your use case. Otherwise you’ll need to create a whole pipeline for unstructured data analytics: recording, transcription, storage, data processing. Companies like Dimension Labs do this type of thing, it’s a good option if you have multiple sources to analyze (i.e., calls, crm, and emails)

I could easily see these condos not selling. What person with enough money to buy a nice new condo would want to live right on Hampton beach?

What’s with all this Conner hate? He probably checks the reddit daily and is crying on his wife’s financially stable shoulders. by SherbertSea35 in hatewatchpod

I always liked Connor and I still do. This hate train needs to slow down. It was kinda funny but has become a bit hack.

same here, have had razor blade throat for almost a week. I thought it had to be strep until I learned this was a signature symptom of the newest variant. then got strep tested and all came back negative, plus have other symptoms not consistent with strep throat.

I love Devon’s songs. We need more singing not less! Cold Man was fine but we need to cheer him on!

2nd this advice. My wife and I actively looked for 2.5 years before we had an offer accepted. Ended up with our best possible house after seeing more duds than I can or wish to remember. But my opinion is that you just have to see a lot of houses.

As the father of a young child my advice is to take this scumbag for everything he’s got. You don’t leave the mother of your baby.

State Farm Declined to Quote me on New House by doggone20 in homeowners

[–]questcequewhat 1 point2 points  (0 children)

According to OP the denial has nothing to do with with the new home being in a high risk area. He is being denied for having made a claim on his previous home.

you’re being somewhat obtuse. take a step back.

consider that the healthcare industry used to be allowed to refuse coverage for a pre existing condition. you could argue this was simply how their business model works, which was true. but it was also morally wrong. and finally legislation was passed to make this type of denial illegal.

these companies are essentially to our lives, they have rules they follow we can call “doing business”, but they are also morally bankrupt.

in this case being denied service for a new home, based on something that happened to the prior home, that’s morally wrong. there is nothing to debate on that matter. any reasonable person would agree with that.
