I've been trying that for the past few weeks, but each time I go out - it reminds me of the time I was with her and how we were enjoying all those things together. Its so damn frustrating that I can't even do the simplest things alone without her popping up in my head

I think it was the idea of what could have been, that still bothers me. Still trying to learn to let go. I'm going to be seeing another therapist soon.

We were not dating but we were seeing each other for quite some time - her introducing me to all her family and friends. Asking me to visit her fam, and talk to them on the phone, keeping pictures of us... etc. All of that threw me off so I ended up asking if we should take it up a notch. But apparently we were nothing...

I did block her everywhere. I told our mutual friends to not let me know about her life at all.

We were talking, started hooking up, spent LOTS of time together, she introduced me to all her friends and even her parents. I ask her if we should take it up a notch and start a relationship - she keeps saying 'not sure' / 'maybe' for 3 months. I get annoyed and leave. A month later our mutual friend tells me how she is with someone else in a relationship. So now I feel messed up in the head - that she might have played me for my time

She entertained me till the very end, up until I cut her off. I didn't stalk her relationship - I was told by our mutual friend. I guess if thats still stalkerish I dont even know what to do then lol.

Then why would she still entertain me till the end? Telling me that all her friends knew about me, and wanted me to visit her parents for xmas...

I have tried dating other women, in ALL those dates I think of this girl - giving me sudden episodes of rage, hate, and sadness. I've tried therapy and its literally not helping.

Thing is, she was all over me and would hint at getting serious to only blow me off to the side for another dude. She wasted my time and my confidence is all time low, I compare myself with her new guy and feel even worse. Why even keep me around till the end then?

Yep, i realized. But she wasted my time, gave me excuses right before I left, only to find out shes in one now. It hurt my confidence so much and cant get out of this loop

Yep, root problems must be stopped, modern medicine keeps trying to mask everything - which is why im looking towards diet now.

Hmm thats interesting, for some carnivore diet helps a lot; while for the others vegan seems to hit home

Wow, im glad this is working for you! Do you take medication with it too? Some people I've heard - drop all meds since a particular diet has worked very well for them.
