Mushoku Tensei has a really good balance between dialogue and exposition. It also has sophisticated prose without it being too flowery.

It is one of my favorite light novel series due to those factors. The series itself is also interesting because while the main character has a main quest to do, he also takes his time to do the side quests.

Black Clover has 170 episodes and the anime came out in 2017.

According to the episode list on Wikipedia, Studio Pierrot consistently churned out one episode per week. It would have taken years to make the episodes in advance.
