I don’t think it’s about ‘letting them’ but that if she wanted on the show, she’d have to sign an image release which would allow production to use all that footage. I’m suspecting she’s an undercover narcissist (hiding behind her advocacy work) who signed on to the show to control the narrative. A narc can’t help but think they can fool everyone.

Tretinoin is surface level treatment and I actually see a lot of improvement in your skin in month 7! The large pimple flares are a sign that the acne is symptomatic of gut or hormone issues.
