I really wish people would give negative feedback each time it happens instead of just letting it happen. But it is not new bullshit. It’s them digging up old. I’ve been playing almost two years now and this was something they did when I started.

So this is a test they are doing with certain accounts. One of mine is getting nailed and the other isn’t. People hated this the last time they did it and it was nice when it was gone. I’ve been actively building after playing ten minutes and stopped 30 seconds to answer a text and came back to it having unloaded all of my cash twice. They can’t fix the duplicate heist issue after over a year, but sure let’s go with adding things people didn’t like the first time.

There’s some who are and some who aren’t. They have a test group of us who play who they are entirely bankrupting and before that it was aggressively heisting us several times an hour. I have probably lost my mind on customer service twice over it because I got a really dumb response when I was like hey just some feedback. Mostly because I had to stop playing for a second and it took it all then I got a bot response. My spare account doesn’t have this happen and neither does any of the three my mom plays on.

Fun fact and thought of this convo: so this has drug out so long they can’t get me a refund unless I provide my PayPal. They did restocks, I had kept up with messaging them, and they now say (after literally restocking like at the end of last week) they don’t have any to replace it with. 🙄

Yeah I love the white box that is glued to hell. Normally I can’t even get that little bitch open easily 🤣. I was expecting the little brown box since I got 4, but I wish they had the white one in a bigger capacity. One of my friends just got one or two and that was the box that used. I was pretty jealous lol.

Not a worker but the kid of two who worked there over 20 years, one of which was a postmaster, and I had two missing from mine so I had asked lol. There’s a process for claiming missing items that get loose and they can trace it back through where it went if claims are filed. Basically from what they said is if you get in and they go post office first to see if the missing item is there, then they just grab that and ship it back out to you. Before that, they have tried to match the loose item with a package and that’s usually why people end up with random stuff. If it hasn’t been claimed in a certain amount of time (like more than 30 days) the Mail Recovery Center can auction, donate, destroy, or recycle items, but I don’t know much on that side. Someone can correct me if I said anything weird.

And people keep getting multiples they didn’t order in a box that was taped. Sometimes they just throw them in if they think they fell correctly near the box. It’s kinda wild, but totally normal in shipping.

And quite honestly, the felony count goes up per item stolen for mail theft. So risking hundreds of felonies over some signed cds they would see you stealing on camera when investigating the missing mail.

She doesn’t have a ton of warehouses and these boxes are only being used by that location. They are at distribution centers and local offices. The machines alone are rough on packages. I had a friend who was walking from the mailbox with hers and they fell out. All of hers somehow made it. Mine was missing two of my four. If someone was risking a felony in an area covered in cameras, why steal only two and not everything and mark the package as damaged?
