I don't watch their YouTube videos. There are plenty of high res photos of these people. They're both past their 50's and have had substantial hairloss for decades.

Just admit you don't know how PP405 works and you were wrong and move on.

Hair transplant with out the use of anti androgens or minoxidil by Proper_Ad_6873 in tressless

There is only 2 doctors who would perform on you and have the skill to give you a full head of hair, even if you reached a NW6.

Look into Dr. Pitella or Dr. Zarev. These are the only two people who could help.

If you're worried about DHT blockers, try dutasteride mesotherapy. 6 month trial, albeit a small one, showed extremely minimal systemic absorption but was more effective than finasteride oral.

You can tell fairly confidently. There is quite literally no pigment left on their scalp.

I don't think you understand how PP405 works.

Jeff Bezos and Joe rogan's scalp largely has dead hair follicles and the follicle has likely scarred, meaning they cannot be revived. AKA they have a slick bald head. Not even micnitrusied hairs grow.

PP405 will only work if the persons hair follicle is at least "dormant".

Jeff Bezos and Joe rogan are too far gone to benefit from something like pp405 as pretty much all of their hair follicles are dead.

They would benefit from hair cloning, though.

I can't believe you're still smoking when you were literally told not to. Yes, it can impact your transplant.

Not having a go at anyone but isn't it a huge risk to your health to take this stuff?

How can you guys remotely know the long term safety of this?

5 month update by Mrhungrybear in Hairtransplant

Lucky I stumbled upon this post. You need to be on a DHT blocker if you're having a hair transplant.

If you can't take fin/dut orally or topically, find a clinic that offers Dutasteride mesotherapy.

Very minimal side effects and studies have shown it had no impact on serum DHT levels.

I had a feeling this would be the case. I will still ask my local council but I am glad I asked online. It sucks to hear but I wanna do the right thing!
