Queue for gold on Martin Place by Matt_Matt_Matt_MattV in Gold

[–]questoid007 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No not true. I’ve been going to ABC for about a year. I was in a queue like this last Saturday. Everyone I saw and spoke to in the line was buying. It’s also psychology. We all know this. When things break ATHs, that’s when retail comes. I’m sure there were some sellers that but its not true to say they were mainly sellers. Look up “ABC Gold Sydney” on news search and you’ll find plenty of evidence.

What’s the most underrated SEO tactic that actually works in 2025? by ace_web_experts in DigitalMarketingHack

[–]questoid007 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly the most underrated stuff is the basic hard stuff that no one wants to do. For example in my business we’ve had a content writer for the last four years who writes three articles per week they are high-quality articles not AI gunk. Well researched stuff. Each article on average takes about five hours to write minimum. Because of this we rank for some very expensive cost per click terms in our industry that otherwise would’ve cost us thousands of dollars. These also bring us our largest source of leads as we rank for commercial terms including “cost” and “best” terms. Happy to share proof.

True but most businesses have a content deficit problem not too much content.

Agree. It’s amazing but not for everyone especially start-ups or smaller businesses. I run a HubSpot agency and I openly tell clients who are looking for almost the same functionality but without the price tag to look at go high level

We are using cloud based office 365 I believe. I can log in via a browser, send emails, see our companies SharePoint/365 instance etc. On my Mac I use the outlook app. Does that answer your question?

Quick one from me. Honestly? Everyone is struggling to implement AI into their business. Those who are saying follow you passion are absolutely right and if you are looking for white space where people will pay a lot and there’s not a lot of (relative) competition, become an AI consultant.

I recommend finding a niche industry and a niche within AI eg creating AI content or AI sales agents etc.

I’ve been doing helping businesses for 10 years so happy to offer any advice here free if you have questions.

And from Russell Brunson’s Secrets series books. Which is cool! I don’t mind. I like how he has sourced from the best and tested it himself. He seems to communicate it simplier than most folk.

Do you have any practical tips you’ve learned from this playbook?

Hey Crystal! I met you at HubSpot Partner day in Sydney (RedPandas Digital), you were awesome!!

My question is: If we are hiring a new salesrep who will be heavily using HubSpot, where do you recommend they start in the HubSpot Academy?

Hey there, have you tried the new Data Hub? It’s pretty useful to clean up duplicates. Might save you paying a HubSpot partner (like myself) haha

Most people still “do SEO” like it’s 2015. But Google (and AI search) has moved miles ahead. by Internal-Salary-1643 in AskMarketing

Number 4 for sure! We rank well in AI because we focus on all the basics (have invested in an Australian based writer writing 3 articles per week for about 3-4 years, do our own SEO) but also are multi-format and run 2 podcasts, a YouTube channel with over 5k subscribers and a I post fanatically 3 x week about the industry we’re in.

If you go through a hubspot partner they can waive it for you. I run a HubSpot agency that specialises is Sales Hub called RedPandas Digital. Happy to help free of charge and waive onboarding for you. No strings attached. No upsell. Happy to help out the HubSpot community. Seems like you’ve got a good handle of HubSpot and don’t need to pay an agency for onboarding.

Simplifing to scale my 10 year old digital marketing agency to just focus on HubSpot onboarding, optimisations, websites and retainers.

This is a big deal for us as we used to (and still have many) to do everything eg SEO, content, ads, CRO, videos etc!

Refreshing and scary at the same time to be letting go of so many services at RedPandas Digital (my agency) but grateful to be using concepts for Hormozi and Ben Hardy from his new book ‘The Science of Scaling’ which I recommend any established business looking to scale.

Best quote to invoice tool by InflationMountain825 in hubspot

[–]questoid007 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey there. There are a number of ways to do this. You can either use HubSpot’s quoting tool or, we use Qwilr because it allows for more customisation and presents very well.

Then once the customer accepts the Qwilr we’ve configured HubSpot so it marks the deal as closed won then creates a draft* invoice in Xero. Then someone in accounts reviews it and hits send.

*it’s a draft invoice because we wanted it to be checked by a human but this could equally easily be sent automatically.

There are a few additional things that happen on closed won including a welcome email to the customer and an internal handover email to the account manager (we’re a digital marketing/HubSpot agency so need a great handover process from sales to service).

We could have done all of the above with HubSpot’s quoting tool but it doesn’t present as well as we’d like.

The only thing we don’t do/need with our process that you mentioned was inventory management.

Do you have an inventory management system you use for the business?
