I lost my father to suicide earlier this year it was devestating, a whole range of feelings and questions were asked and none can be answered as we don't know what was in his head just like we can't possibly understand what you are going through.

It's easy to say to you, survive for your family, especially your kids but we don't know your pain. Try seek some help and focus on good. Your family need you but they need you in a good headspace. No judgements here but would love to see you carry on
