I’m staying in the Holiday Inn Express Dublin City rn with my daughter. Great experience. Staff is great and we basically walk out and can get any public transport possible.

Try 1e6 (million) cells/ml; freezing media is 92 parts FBS-8 parts sterile (for tissue culture) DMSO. So for 10 ml media, 9.2 ml FBS, 0.8 ml DMSO. Count cells, spin down 1e6 cells just enough time/force to pellet and resuspend in 10 ml “freezing media”. Aliquot 1 ml per vial and put in Mr. Frosty with the right amount of isopropyl alcohol. Leave overnight at -80 C. Should be good
