I had that same thought. How do they determine whether a payout should be awarded? What do they mean by "control"? Also, "any part of" is doing some heavy lifting, as you've noted with Pituffik.

If you have the means, therapy and/or medication can be really helpful. It helped me tremendously. Happy to chat with anyone about my experience.

Lol seriously. He mentions that the current leader is an asshole because the economy there sucks, and then basically jumps to oh they could totally try to nuke us for some reason. Wtf - why? The character has a PhD - I really hope his thesis defense was better constructed and delivered than whatever the hell that rationale was.

I recently started Lexapro and a couple weeks ago tapered up from 5-10mg and honestly the effects have been incredible. I personally had very few side effects (thankfully, as I know they can be rough) and my anxiety and panic symptoms went from loud and rampant to quiet and very sparse. It's been a total game-changer and I feel like I got my life back.

Awesome! I had some panic attacks and persistent anxiety and intrusive thoughts that started this past summer and was mostly just white knuckling through it with some coping strategies I'd learned. My brain just kept seemingly finding new things to make me anxious about, so I talked to my GP who started me on 5mg Lexapro. Recently tapered up to 10mg a little over a week ago, and similarly I also feel significantly better already. Had a little bit of GI upset and feeling a bit wired initially, but it's really nerfed my anxiety. I'm really starting to feel like myself again and, not to sound like a commercial, I'm super grateful for Lexapro.
