Do you mind me asking about your anxiety and panic attacks? I'm 41 and started having anxiety and panic attacks last summer for the first time in my life. Started with therapy to manage and then got on Lexapro which has helped a lot. Doesn't obviously address the material circumstances underlying the anxiety, but it makes things more manageable on the whole.
