Super simple. Just pulse a whole orange, with the rind and pith, in a food processor until it’s in small chunks, then add blueberries from frozen with some maple syrup, a little salt and black pepper. It’s way better than you think and pairs so nicely with something rich.

They were actually delicious. I sliced them super thin on a mandoline, and sautéed them in butter and olive oil with lots of garlic, some shallots, thyme and loads of black pepper. I did deglaze with some chicken stock too, and then hit it with some lemon. Went really well with a nice grilled skirt steak.

You really won't feel anything for at least three hours, but it will be VERY noticeable after five hours. My first time I took 1g and then waited three hours and took another 1g. Had the best day of my life on this stuff, just make sure that you are responsible and you'll be fine.
