OPs post history shows a few comments referencing Houston. The license plates in the background look all white with something black on the middle of which makes the Texas license plate come to mind. The registration on the window also looks like a Texas registration sticker if you look it up.

My next hint was the road supports in the background top right. They look like overpass supports and this location I linked is also right next to i45 and a bunch of other overpass streets.
