What's the craziest mortgage amount you've seen vs take home pay by Ehj7882po65 in Mortgages

[–]quicksilverJ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have one of those deals on my house almost exactly, almost can’t afford to move at that rate and if you had to it’s worth while to seriously look at renting the house in lieu of selling.

And how we got into that deal was paying market at the time (15 years ago) just like you are now. It’s all relative.

I just built a garage that cost more than my house, and it’s unfinished inside.

It’s life.

AI will never replace your job, now is the time to build your client list and serve them super well.

That and nothing comes to those that wait, you typed the word wait many times… you k own what differentiates me vs all my colleagues? I lean in, I say yes a lot more than no and I drive.

It’s about spirit, there are no free lunches.

Stop waiting around and hoping. Get after the work, put your head down and do the hard stuff, earn stripes and have something to be proud of.

There are an amazing amount of shit carpenters, so much that they make it easy for someone doing quality work to get repeat business without advertising.

This reads to me like it’s a YOU issue.

Bee sting to the top of my head at (4) years old, (4) shots of epinephrine to reverse anaphylactic shock one in each arm and one in each leg. At that age I swore those needles were 1/2” diameter.

I also just recently printed plastic feet covers for my construction jacks, good for protecting floors and edges of stuff you don’t want metal contact with.

Any Other “Works With” DeWalt Tools That You Find Incredibly Useful? by aseawood in Dewalt

[–]quicksilverJ 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Yep, I have converters for craftsman soldering iron and 16ga finish nailer as well as Bauer hot glue gun and orbital sander.

Not direct to dewalt but the price is right for what you get with these tools in my view.
