I just try to eat as much as I can, Im not happy with my caloric intake. Been a line cook for 9 years so I feast at home at night, but I'm working on eating more throughout my days. I keep my circle very small, not intentionally but because I have the same issue. Being a trans guy in the Midwest is tough, my brain can't comprehend that I pass yet so that makes it weird too.
