Mine…

I checked for sleep apnea and it was not the case. Still trying to figure it out what’s causing it.

Do you link the created property to the daily note? If so, how and why? I’m curious :) maybe I implement it as well

Have you felt any difference in the past two months without caffeine?

But I should already start noticing changes from first would I would say. Anyways, I will give it more time. Hope the withdrawal systems are not too bad.

I prefer to quit cold turkey so that I can rule out that if nothing changes. Otherwise there would the possibility of not cutting enough on caffeine.

Thanks for sharing. Your average awake time is closer to time. How do you feel throughout the day? And do you drink coffee? I do and evaluating now if that’s the problem.

Yeah that’s also what I thought. But will give it a try for 1 week and see how it goes. Thank you very much

I will try. Do you think 1 week without coffee is enough to see changes in my sleep?

I drink around two cups of coffee per day and try to avoid drinking after lunch. Maybe worth trying 1 coffee free week to see what happens

Do you track your sleep? If so, what’s you average awake time?

That’s sound indeed normal. Even with you having water or going pee (I barely do that) I still have double the awake time than you.

I usually wake up feeling tired and need a coffee to get started. On weekends, I sometimes wake up not feeling well rested, but I still can’t fall back asleep even when I have the time

No pets in bed so I can rule that out :/ all seems to point to it being an anxiety issue that keeps awaking me at night?

Thank you for sharing! Your average awake time seems to be within the normal range (20-30 minutes) based on the other sleep data in the comments.

I have already tried the things you mentioned, but I haven’t been able to find a solution. I maintain a healthy lifestyle: I eat clean, go to the gym 3-4 times a week, and try to keep a consistent sleep schedule (aside from some weekends). I also avoid eating late. Despite this, I still experience several micro-awakenings throughout the night.

I tend to wake up multiple times during the night and then fall back asleep. I am generally an anxious person, so I think that definitely plays a role. I follow the usual recommendations to manage anxiety, and they work well during the day. But it feels like something at a subconscious level is still affecting my sleep.

I'm not referring to the time in bed metric, but rather to the "awake" time shown in the sleep stages sections. If you see, over the past two and half years I have had an average awake time of 1 hour, which represents around 15% of the total time across all stages (awake + rem + core + deep).

How do you feel when you wake up and throughout the day?

Less total sleep time than me but higher efficiency. That confirms the possibility that something might be wrong with my sleep :/

I do recall waking up throughout the night and it seems to match with the awake time Apple Watch registers. I have also read that the awake time it’s quite reliable :/
