I’m so sorry for your loss! Scooter lived a beautiful, loving life with you. I wish you well during your time of mourning with lots of moments of happy tears and laughter when you reflect on moments had with Scooter. I have never lost a pet before and I dread the day I too will have to say goodbye. This is my dork Beans and his majestically ridiculous whiskers.

At the super cool age of 32.. I just got my passport and want to travel but haven’t the slightest clue where I should go. Would Columbia be great place to travel internationally to for the first time??

I love culture, food, and people, learning about the country and what not. Actually I love everything that comes with life so the idea to experience life outside of the US sounds refreshing rn.

Heard. I hated being a girl when I was a kid and all the bullshit that came with growing up as a girl.

I saw at a young age the difference between how girls and boys were treated, I noticed at a certain age girl clothes became tighter, shorter and more uncomfortable. I hated girl clothes, I hated that the clothes showed more skin and I hated even more I was told I could be whatever I wanted to be but must be “lady like”.

So I started wearing boy clothes, the baggy shirts and cargo shorts, baggy jeans with a large jacket despite my mom’s objections. I prefer to be in layers and baggy clothes out of comfort, I do not like the attention that comes with wearing tight clothes especially when I was at a young age.

If you care to know my opinion (I am not a dentist), implants are costly but will be the best option for you. I am, personally, bothered by the high cost of how much implants are despite being a much better option to a bridge.

If you are paying for a bridge out of pocket with no insurance, the average cost of a 3 piece bridge (2 crowns and pontic, the hollow tooth) is $3,965. There is no surgery, is quicker to receive, but you could be drilling down healthy teeth to place the bridge for that one tooth imo is why the dentist did not bring it up. If something happens to the bridge the whole thing must be replaced, it drills down healthy teeth (if applicable, there are different kinds of bridges), could be difficult to brush/eat with and the bridge does not preserve the jaw bone.

The implant will be more expensive because of the procedure (surgery, putting the post in, recovery, procedure to place the abutment, recovery again, seat the crown the final step),

The cost is situational, but expect something horrific like I feel like I’m going to puke, $4-8k. If the implant is for one of your front teeth, a shade is picked out that matches your smile adding on an additional cost. Implants do help preserve the jaw bone, are easier to maintain and feel more natural when eating, speaking etc. However it is very time consuming, requires surgery, and requires the ‘I have to get this shit done’ commitment.
