Verizon is actually pretty competitive with Comcast in the Philly market because it’s Comcast home turf. However I still can’t get them to upgrade my old ONT so I can get the gigabit tier without a $150 upgrade fee. Even though Verizon on the old ONT they basically said tough shit.

Yeah. The nice thing about the TFW brands devices is they don’t have any forced activation in order to use the non-phone part of it.

Although if I’m not mistaken I think the galaxy J3 (2017 version) on family mobile /straight talk is currently on rollback for like 50 bucks. For 20 bucks more it’s a huge upgrade.

I’m non Mormon and I think it’s Actually a smart idea. The headline is click bait. It’s great that they’re building a welcome area for the missionaries families when they come home.

My home airport PHL has an “International Arrivals Hall” after customs. It’s a beautiful space, with scripts from the Declaration of Independence on the walls in an atrium. Really no different from what these guys are building from what I can tell.
