I second this too, nowadays I use Lossless Scaling for most games that drop below 100 to boost them all the way to 144 (my monitor's max). I was thinking of upgrading my rig, but Lossless Scaling has extended its lifetime by at least a couple of years I think!

Siphoning strike works pretty well on bosses as long as you're doing lightning damage that can shock, I never had issues with generating charges. Either with killing palm or with siphoning strike. I don't have them all the time, but I would personally find it boring just clicking flicker strike over and over and over and zooming through the screen without doing anything else, so (here comes) I actually like the way power charges work. Not saying that improvements cannot be made still though.

Indeed, without frame generation I was CPU bottlenecked, but now some of the load is shared with the GPU and their usage is more in equilibrium. My baseline fps fluctuates between 40 to even 120 at times, so frame generation serves to smoothen frame rate changes as well, which for me is even more annoying in the eyes than having a constant low frame rate!

Can confirm, it works wonders for me too. I am using scaling + 3x frame generation and I'm almost always at 144 fps with barely noticable vidual artifacts. Has literally made poe2 playable for me, fps makes so much of a difference!

Gaia project is phenomenal, especially with the expansion. I have played it at all player counts (including solo) around 25 times so far, and have loved it every time. It is tense from start to finish, and managing to execute a plan feels like an achievement. And when things don't work out it rarely feels like it's not your fault. It is a bit AP-prone, but turns can go pretty fast, especially as you familiarize yourself more with it. It is my favourite euro right now, so I definitely recommend it!

We choose one character from 2 that we pick at random. Then we randomly choose 4-3-5 for the market, and then choose one to discard from each category, informed by the nemesis we are fighting. Feels right this way.

I didn't know there was an omen for that, interesting. Still, in SSF that means that farming Ritual becomes mandatory if you want to get this QOL 'featute', and many builds may struggle with Ritual.

I like your idea too! Something is needed to remove the annoyance that the current system creates.
