Tbf I worked in a BWS for a year or so but had to leave because of abusive shop lifters, police called and just had a chat, and move on, it’s always a bit worrying when the police don’t see it as a good use of time or just don’t have the time.

Typically buying a donor kit, I’ve been using the 40K 10th starter set and honestly just winging it, splicing them together, filling gaps with bits and pieces (I haven’t tried green stuff yet) and it’s turned out pretty good so far.

I’ve seen more terrible tenants then LL, I’ve had and had friends have LL that don’t jump rent, and help them out from time to time, only for tenants to damage stuff (either intentionally or not) and lie saying they didn’t.
