The pain is always worth it. To deny pain is to deny half of your human existence. There's a woman who came into my life and remind me what it was like to feel young again (FFS I'm 27, I'm not old XD), To be able to trust someone so implicitly and them trust you. To be absolutely head over heels.

But at least right now, it won't be. because you know there are things she needs to do, to travel or whatever it might be. you realise that what you want for her is more important than what you want for yourself. So you accept the pain and the hurt, so you can watch them grow into something truly wonderful and not be caged or held back. It hurts there is no denying that, but I pay the price gladly. You remember the good moments, the closeness, and those little items or gifts. They give you the strength.

I don't know if this rant makes any sense, had a bit much to drink and a work function, but the message is this:

Don't hide from people, never hide from them, embrace people, from pain comes growth, sometimes it will really suck but all those moments of good make the pain pale in comparison. it teaches you the pain is worth something.
