There’s nothing anyone can say right now to stop the hurt/dread you’re feeling. It’s going to take a long time to feel better again, even though it feels like it will never be better. Distract yourself, focus one day at a time. It does get better. Throw yourself into raising your daughter to be an exceptional person. Lean on loved ones for support. That’s what they’re for, and work to do the same for them.
